Independent thinking.
Measurable progress.
Senja helps owners and operators of warehouses, factories, workshops and commercial buildings understand what is actually happening before they spend on equipment.
Buildings rarely have a single problem. Heat, air movement, lighting and energy interact, and the cheapest intervention is often the one that addresses the real cause. We measure, observe and analyse so that decisions are based on evidence rather than assumption.
We do not sell equipment. That independence matters: it lets us evaluate proposals neutrally, including proposals from other suppliers, and recommend the option that fits the building and its operation.
How we work
Measure before recommending
No recommendation without evidence from the building itself.
Equipment-neutral
We assess what the building needs, not what someone wants to sell.
Clear scopes
Every engagement confirms what is measured, what is not, and what you receive.
Honest about uncertainty
Estimates are labelled as estimates. Verified results are labelled as verified.
